The BEST Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Not only will these be the best cheesy scrambled eggs you will make to date, but they will also be the fluffiest. And all it requires is one simple ingredient.

Scrambled eggs are such an easy breakfast dish. I’ve known how to make scrambled eggs for as long as I could remember. It was one of the first dishes that my mom taught my sister and I, to make. As I’ve mastered my cooking skills, I’ve picked up a few tricks along the way to make my eggs more fluffy. Read below for the explanation.
The Science Behind a Fluffy Egg
So here’s the secret: Adding water to the raw egg mixture before scrambling is the key ingredient. The added liquid creates steam during cooking which results in a fluffier egg. You can even add milk or cream to make the eggs more creamy.

Though you nay feel inclined to add a bunch more water – don’t! Too much of a good thing is a bad thing. Excess liquid makes the eggs watery and can create tough curd like masses. Remember to use about one tablespoon or less per egg when adding in any liquid.
