1 Medium Skillet
1 Rubber Spatula
1 Whisk
1 Mixing Bowl
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/4 C Extra Sharp Shredded Cheese
- Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Heat olive oil on a medium flame in a medium skillet. 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Crack each egg into a mixing bowl. 4 Large Eggs
Add salt, pepper, and water Salt to taste 1 pinch Black Pepper 2 tbsp Water
Whisk until everything is combined.
Pour egg mixture onto the heated pan. Reduce the heat to medium low.
Using the rubber spatula, scrape the eggs off the pan as it cooks.
One half the egg mixture is cooked, add in the cheese. 1/4 C Extra Sharp Shredded Cheese
When fully cooked, turn off the flame and remove the eggs from the pan immediately.
Add extra cheese if desired.
If you don't own a spatula, a fork will work just fine.
