Equipment

  • 1 Medium Skillet
  • 1 Rubber Spatula
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 C Extra Sharp Shredded Cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil on a medium flame in a medium skillet. 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Crack each egg into a mixing bowl. 4 Large Eggs
  • Add salt, pepper, and water Salt to taste 1 pinch Black Pepper 2 tbsp Water
  • Whisk until everything is combined.
  • Pour egg mixture onto the heated pan. Reduce the heat to medium low.
  • Using the rubber spatula, scrape the eggs off the pan as it cooks.
  • One half the egg mixture is cooked, add in the cheese. 1/4 C Extra Sharp Shredded Cheese
  • When fully cooked, turn off the flame and remove the eggs from the pan immediately.
  • Add extra cheese if desired.

Notes

If you don't own a spatula, a fork will work just fine.
