- 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
Snack Wrap
- 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 2 Cooked Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 C Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 C Shredded Lettuce
- 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
Chicken Breast
Slice the chicken breast in half lengthwise to create two pieces of chicken. 1 Chicken Breast
Place chicken in a medium sized bowl. Add olive oil and spices. Combine evenly. 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp Onion Powder 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
Place chicken on a cold skillet. Turn the skillet up to medium heat. Cook chicken about 4 -5 minutes on each side or until the thickest part of the meat reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Set aside and let chicken rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
