Ingredients

Chicken Breast

  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

Snack Wrap

  • 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • 2 Cooked Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 C Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 C Shredded Lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce

Instructions

Chicken Breast

  • Slice the chicken breast in half lengthwise to create two pieces of chicken. 1 Chicken Breast
  • Place chicken in a medium sized bowl. Add olive oil and spices. Combine evenly. 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp Onion Powder 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Place chicken on a cold skillet. Turn the skillet up to medium heat. Cook chicken about 4 -5 minutes on each side or until the thickest part of the meat reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Set aside and let chicken rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting.

Snack Wrap

  • Place two whole wheat tortillas on a clean platter. Assemble snack wraps by diving each ingredient evenly among the tortillas. 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas 2 Cooked Chicken Breasts 1/4 C Shredded Cheese 1/4 C Shredded Lettuce 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • Serve immediately.
