Easy No-Bake Valentine's Day Tarts

Equipment

  • 1 Muffin Tin
  • 6 Baking Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp Margarine Melted
  • 1 C Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Strawberries Washed, cut into fourths
  • Red Food Coloring

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a small bowl. 1 C Graham Cracker Crumbs 3 Tbsp Margarine
  • Press mixture into bottom of individual tart pans or muffin tins. Refrigerate crusts to set while preparing the filling.
  • In another bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, vanilla, homey and one drop of red food coloring (see notes). 1 C Plain Greek Yogurt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 Tbsp Honey Red Food Coloring
  • Spoon mixture into the chilled crusts.
  • Freeze tarts for at least one hour. Top with quartered strawberries. 3 Strawberries
  • Allow the tarts to sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • The amount of red food coloring you add is at your discretion. Adding more will create a darker pink filling.
