Easy No-Bake Valentine's Day Tarts

1 Muffin Tin
6 Baking Cups
- 1 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 Tbsp Margarine Melted
- 1 C Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 3 Strawberries Washed, cut into fourths
- Red Food Coloring
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a small bowl. 1 C Graham Cracker Crumbs 3 Tbsp Margarine
Press mixture into bottom of individual tart pans or muffin tins. Refrigerate crusts to set while preparing the filling.
In another bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, vanilla, homey and one drop of red food coloring (see notes). 1 C Plain Greek Yogurt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 Tbsp Honey Red Food Coloring
Spoon mixture into the chilled crusts.
Freeze tarts for at least one hour. Top with quartered strawberries. 3 Strawberries
Allow the tarts to sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before serving.
- The amount of red food coloring you add is at your discretion. Adding more will create a darker pink filling.
