Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana peeled and cut
  • 1/2 C Canned Chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 C Greek Yogurt
  • 3/4 C Almond Milk unsweetened, vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 1 Frozen Banana 1/2 C Canned Chickpeas 1/4 C Greek Yogurt 3/4 C Almond Milk 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp Honey 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Serve immediately.

  1. Consider blending the smoothie at least twice to ensure all ingredients are combined.
